As a Burgdorff Referral Associate, you are not required to pay Board of Realtors dues, MLS fees, E&O insurance or legal defense fees. Your only cost is our nominal membership fee of $100 annually and your license renewal fees. As a bonus, your annual fee will be refunded to you upon your first closed transaction each year.

To place a referral, simply call us or email us with the customer’s contact information and needs. Your referral will be placed with a qualified, experienced sales associate immediately. You can even request a particular broker or salesperson.

Once the referral is made, our office follows up with a written referral confirmation letter to the broker, salesperson and referring agent, thereby protecting your referral fees.
