Burgdorff Referral Associates is a real estate corporation designed to “house” the licenses of agents who are not actively working in the real estate field.  We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Burgdorff ERA, a premier real estate brokerage in Northern and Central New Jersey.  Our affiliation with Burgdorff ERA and their network of brokers provides us with a strong foundation for all your referrals, both locally and nationwide. 

Any person who has a current New Jersey real estate license is eligible to join Burgdorff Referral Associates.  Our population is diverse and represents many professions and backgrounds.  We have new agents, retirees and agents no longer living in the area … just to name a few.  As a referral associate, you can benefit monetarily by sending leads to full time professionals.  Our full time staff will carefully place and coordinate your referrals.  We also monitor the referrals, as well as collect and distribute fees after the closing of a successful transaction.  Burgdorff Referral Associates also provides various marketing materials, monthly newsletters and an interactive website to assist and develop your referral business, resulting in generous commissions to you!
